Aish Tamid’s Impactful Life Coaching for Teen Empowerment

Over the years, Aish Tamid has successfully offered 1-on-1 Mentoring and “Life Coaching” to hundreds of students. Late at night or during the day, over a cup of coffee or while dining over a hot meal at a local restaurant, our staff continues to leave their mark on each student participant, face-to-face and heart-to-heart.

Life Coaching is what Aish Tamid is all about and is the core of how we are successful in helping teens sift through these difficult and challenging years. Our openness and acceptance of all teens, regardless of how they have been previously accepted or not accepted, allows for an impactful and productive relationship.

The term “coach” first appeared in the 1500s, and referred to a type of carriage used in British English regions which carried or conveyed a valued person from where he or she was to where he or she wanted to be. Aish Tamid strongly believes in the “value” of each participant and our Life Coaches are skilled in helping students safely travel from one stage of life to the next.

Each coach sensitively helps students identify:

  • What do I want more of in my life? Love, relationships, compensation, fun, time?

  • What do I want less of in my life? Work, stress, poor relationships, chaos?

  • What matters most to me in my life? Friends, family, career? Could my children, spouse, and I benefit from a parent coach?

  • What am I merely tolerating or putting up with in my life?

  • The kind of career I’d really love to have, if I didn’t have to worry about money, and could get personally paid to play, is… (See also career coaching).

  • The thing I love most about my life right now is…

  • If I were to die tomorrow, I’d like to be remembered as a person who …

  • If I knew I were going to die in a year, I’d stop what I’m doing (and being) and …

  • My three greatest strengths are . . .

  • What I am most excited about now is . . . What I am looking forward to most is . . .

  • A year from now, I’d like to be…

  • What I struggle with most right now is…

  • What is my life really about? What is my purpose?

  • The part of me I trust most is…

  • I’d really like to work on improving…

Aish Tamid takes pride in the fact that we have helped hundreds of teens, young adults and their families thru our life coaching services.
